Louise brings with her extensive experience gained in management roles across various sectors, including working for Mission Australia and the Victorian Public Service. She has also worked as a secondary school teacher in Melbourne and London, taught and developed programs in the TAFE sector and thrives on driving change that benefits the vulnerable and disadvantaged in our communities. All together Louise brings almost 20 years experience in developing, managing and delivering a range of evidence based intervention programs and services for young people and vulnerable members of our community. Louise holds a Science degree and post graduate qualifications in Education and Organisation Dynamics.
Workplace Learning Coordinator
Wendy brings with her extensive experience and knowledge in recruitment, career development, business development and sales having worked in both the Not for Profit and Private sectors. For the past decade Wendy has worked within the employment and education space coordinating work placement opportunities, careting industry links and faciliating employment opportunities for both job seekers and newly arrived migrants.
Engagement and Placement Officer
Celia holds a Masters degree in Community Development, and an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences. She is the Victorian State Ambassador for the national peak body on multicultural youth issues MYAN Australia – Australia’s only and highest national voice representing the needs and interests of young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds. She has also won a number of awards including the VMC Ambassador Award for Multicultural Excellence for her contribution to the leadership and development of young people over the past few years and has been at the forefront of numerous ground breaking programs for those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Celia brings her considerable experience to brokering effective partnerships for the LLEN program that benefit students from EAL backgrounds as well as other student groups.
Claire Mance
Digital Content Officer (& Administration) 
Claire brings her considerable knowledge and experience in all things digital to support the LLEN in our online communications and social media platforms, you can also see Claire helping out and greeting attendees at our many events. Claire is completing her Bachelors degree majoring in Communications.
Mary Buttigieg
Finance Officer
Mary has worked for the Royal Children’s Hospital and also works for the MMVLLEN and has a degree in Accounting.
